We partner with CEO, CROs, VP Sales at Series B-D startups to grow pipeline without growing the team. We do this by automating 60-80% of the SDR workflow.

We have happy, paying customers that we solve an urgent problem for. Together, we will try to turn those ingredients into one of the world’s fastest-growing B2B companies.

We’re a team of second-time entrepreneurs, backed by world-class AI founders (e.g. Synthesia, Sana, Ada), revenue leaders (e.g. 20Sales) and angels like Andreas Klinger.

Role

You’ll be our first commercial hire, working closely with Rune. You will own our pipeline targets today, and shape a repeatable machine to hit our targets tomorrow.

What success looks like:

• Hit our pipeline targets through referrals, content, events and outbound.
• Use our own product to build world-class ABM accounts.
• Partner with our co-founders to sharpen our strategic narrative, positioning, personas and messaging.
• Get things done without a big team. Right now, it’s just us.
• Over time, you help build out the marketing organization. Team, goals, planning, reporting, tooling.
• “Take out the trash”. We’re early stage, and lots of work doesn’t fit into neat buckets.
